About the role

We are looking for a young, dynamic individual to join our cocktail bar/bistro as a counter collaborator. This is an opportunity for someone who has completed a basic mixology course to apply their knowledge and learn the full trade, including customer welcome, equipment and product mastery, and barman assistance.

Schedule

Part-time apprenticeship with working hours to be agreed upon, falling within the venue's opening hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
