Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
- Offer drink recommendations and act as the insider behind the bar.
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food, and looking after customers while they dine.
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues quickly and safely.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
- Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
- Passion for delivering great service and giving every customer a warm welcome.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player mindset.
- Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
