About the role

The Bar Prep role supports the bar department and bar team in advance of shifts. Responsibilities include bar setup, prep & stocking, batching cocktails, preparing juices and garnishes, organizing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring bar and surrounding areas' efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment
• Kitchen prep or line cook experience is a plus!
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
