About the role

At Cicis we open our doors every day with the purpose of making each guest’s day by delivering remarkable service and high‑quality pizza. We provide training that creates a path into management. In this role you will ensure all recipes are followed using current topping charts, special request procedures are followed and expedited properly, and take‑out procedures are followed and expedited properly.

We prepare our dough from scratch each day and welcome individuals with restaurant experience as well as those without. Whether you have experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, cook, prep, FOH/BOH, or no experience at all, we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and make quality products while following all recipes and topping charts.
• Take guest orders and provide quality guest service through positive, friendly interactions.
• Act with a sense of urgency and support teammates by being on time, assisting other positions, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning.
• Comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and adhere to security standards.
• Follow special request and take‑out procedures, ensuring they are expedited properly.

Skills

• Must be 18 years old to operate some equipment.
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0‑50 pounds with a weight belt.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during the shift.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, confidence, and team‑player mindset.
• Customer‑service focused with strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality able to develop relationships.
• Demonstrates the highest professionalism.

Qualifications

• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers.
• Food Handler Certified (preferred but not required).
• Experience preferred but not required.

About Us

Our story began in 1985 when founder Joe Croce opened a single restaurant in Plano, Texas. The original 1,200‑square‑foot take‑out pizzeria was an instant success, leading to a second location that introduced an unlimited pizza buffet concept. Today we are privately and locally owned with 300 locations nationwide.
