Bar Helper/Bar Back, Emeril's Kitchen (Caesars New Orleans)

Responsibilities

• Performs the service of replenishing stock and all cleaning required behind the bar.
• Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station.
• Obtains replacement stock from the dispensing room and/or warehouse in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and order on assigned station.
• Assists the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests’ special requests.
• During busy times, ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess speed, friendliness and accuracy of service.
• Must keep areas of responsibility neat and clean at all times.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must possess excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to maintain a neat, professional, well-groomed appearance and uphold company appearance/dress standards.
