BAR BARBACK - VR - X-BOARD - VARIED SHIFT

Job Summary

Responsible for keeping all bar areas stocked with supplies.

Job Qualifications

Essential Job Functions

• Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies
• Complete inventory and paperwork as assigned
• Organize and maintain bar storage areas, stock coolers
• Auxiliary assistance to the bartender with customers
• Meet: Health and Safety Regulations, company guidelines, service standards, labor standards, and product quality within all areas of the beverage department
• Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management

Physical Demands

• Long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items

Work Environment

• Adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated
• Exposure to secondhand smoke in a casino
• 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays
• The work area is in an outdoor pool environment, in extreme weather conditions, which includes extreme heat and direct sunlight throughout the scheduled shift
