What Success Looks Like
- Engage guests with in-depth knowledge of varietals, blends, brewing, and/or winemaking style.
- Promote product sales to guests.
- Maintains par levels of all necessary food related service items.
- Sets up, re-stocks, maintains, cleans and breaks down bar areas.
- Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of beverages.
- Provides timely and courteous follow-through on all client, guest, and team member requests.
- Keeps work area clean and organized.
- Adheres to and maintains standards for guest interactions, personal grooming, sanitation, and safe food handling.
- Follows all safety procedures. Reports all unsafe conditions immediately.
- Ensures all equipment is used only as intended.
- Complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding the serving and consumption of alcohol.
- Conducts training on job standards and areas of responsibility as needed.
What You Bring
- Current state Food Handler and Liquor Service Permit required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Able to transport up to 40 pounds during course of shift.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Working knowledge of and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
