Bar Back - Dockside Restaurant

Breezy Point Resort is looking to hire a Part-time Bar-back to work in our Dockside Restaurant. We strive to give each and every guest an unforgettable experience and need your help to achieve that!

Responsibilities

• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Slice and prepare garnishes
• Maintain bar cleanliness
• Follow all rotation procedures to ensure freshness and quality
• Assist with all reasonable bartender duties as required
• Adhere to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standards
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back of house areas, including bar areas
• Stock station and complete all delegated side work
• Position requires walking, standing, bending, and reaching for long periods in hot and cold conditions
• Lift approximately 50 lbs

Requirements

• Similar experience is a huge plus
• Great customer service skills
• Maintain good energy levels for a fast-paced environment
