About the Role
This position requires the Twin Peaks Bar Back to clean and maintain all aspects of the Twin Peaks bar and its unique beverage program. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline in maintaining the bar alongside the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar.
Uniform Requirements
- Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times; brim never bent.
- Hair must be kept clean and entirely underneath the TP hat.
- Clean shaven; beards and mustaches allowed but must be well-maintained.
- Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
- No jewelry in ears, face, around the neck, or wrists.
- No headphones or earbuds.
- Clean, non-faded, wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
- Belt is required.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to uniform standards.
- Maintain clean and sanitized bar by following policies and procedures.
- Keep stations and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Train using tablets or computers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking the bar, cleaning, mopping, etc.
- Ensure the bar is always well-stocked.
- Change kegs, check taps, and confirm appliances are working and in good repair.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Back.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Must understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant.
- Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
Training & Certifications
- Must attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures.
- Must complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
- Must complete any additional required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, in compliance with local and state regulations.
