We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring individuals for the Bar Back position who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Maintain a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils, and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
• Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences.
• Stick to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play.

Requirements

• Player Focus: You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be.
• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get busy is where you shine.
• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Be on your feet for most of the day and comfortable walking throughout your shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical activities with a can-do attitude.
• Endure long shifts and high-volume tasks while maintaining pace.

This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
