About the role

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is seeking an experienced Bar Back or Service Bartender to join their team. They offer a unique blend of heritage recipes made modern with locally sourced ingredients, a menu featuring quality comfort food, and a diverse beverage selection including local Texas spirits, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and an award-winning wine list.

Responsibilities

• Polish glassware and use wine tools to enhance the guest experience
• Craft cocktails that are both visually appealing and delicious
• Showcase a deep understanding of whiskey, wine, and beer
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and efficiency
• Balance showmanship with efficient service

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of restaurant and bar experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
• Aged 18 years or older

Qualifications

• Deep love and knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer
• Experience crafting hand tooled and gussied up cocktails
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

Skills

• Knowledge of local Texas spirits and craft beers
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively
• Attention to detail and precision in service
