What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bar Back

Role and Interaction with Players

Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players.

Key Aspects of the Role

• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
• Maintain a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly

Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers

Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Be on your feet for most of the day
• Engage in a variety of physical activities

• Have endurance for high-volume working environments
