About the Role
As our Banquets Server, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Your Impact
- Support day-to-day operations, team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered.

- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures while upholding operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations according to event specifications.
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service throughout each event.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately according to banquet service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, event details, food items, and beverage offerings.
- Refill beverages, clear dishes, and maintain clean and organized tables throughout events.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and questions.
- Coordinate with banquet captains, culinary staff, bartenders, and other hotel departments.
- Assist with buffet setup, plated meals, receptions, cocktail events, and other banquet functions.
- Clear and reset tables during and after events.
- Break down banquet rooms and return equipment and supplies to designated storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, safety, and hotel policies.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and notify the supervisor when additional assistance is required.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by banquet management.
Requirements

- Previous banquet, hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull banquet equipment and supplies as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow event instructions.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive, guest-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay
Annual salary: $16.90 per hour.
