Banquet Setup/Server

About the role

Join the team at Unicoi State Park & Lodge as a Full-Time Seasonal Banquet Setup/Server and help create memorable experiences for weddings, meetings, special events, and groups in one of North Georgia’s most beautiful destinations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, chairs, and event spaces.
• Serve food and beverages while providing friendly, attentive guest service.
• Keep banquet areas clean, organized, and event-ready.
• Assist with buffets, plated meals, receptions, and special events.
• Work closely with the banquet and food & beverage teams to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude while delivering excellent hospitality.

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Ability to lift, carry, stand, and move throughout events for extended periods.
• Previous banquet, serving, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
