Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hotel management plans
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Proven track record of successful hotel management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning
