About the Role

Join the Franklin Embassy Suites team as a full-time event setup and support staff member. Located at 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin, TN 37067, this role offers a compensation range of $16.00 - $16.80 per hour, determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and high cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, including during coffee breaks.
• Transport supplies, materials, boxes, programs, and décor as needed.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure event perfection.
• Clear communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with the team and kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-first attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to successful events.
