Banquet Server Texas

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of weddings and events by providing top‑notch service to our clients and their guests. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas, including moving tables and chairs, according to event specifications on the BEOGreet.
• Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve plated and buffet food, as well as beverages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.
• Execute closing duties, including clearing tables, breaking down banquet areas, and storing equipment.
• Work closely with the culinary and planning team to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with fellow servers to provide efficient and attentive service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities (preferred).
• Applicable Work History, TABC, and Food Handlers license required in Texas.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lb frequently and stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (Walters Hospitality participates in E‑Verify).

Compensation & Schedule

• Part‑time work required on weekends and when events take place.
