Banquet Server (On-Call) - Waldorf Astoria Park City
About the role
Waldorf Astoria Park City is looking for a Banquet Server to join the Food & Beverage team. This award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property features 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets offering elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions worldwide: a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.
Responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, proactively enhancing their experience.
- Master the menu details, including specials, to confidently assist guests and answer questions.
- Take and enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system, delivering them promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station.
- Clear and transport tableware (dishware, glassware, silverware) to the dishwashing area after meal service.
- Support event preparation by cleaning, arranging, and setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.
