Banquet Server (On Call) - Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza

Responsibilities

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes
