Responsibilities

• Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special.
• Master the menu by learning the details of all menu items and specials to help guests and answer their questions with confidence.
• Serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering completed orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage the service station to ensure it is always fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Clear and transport tableware by removing dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and delivering them to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Support event preparation by assisting with tasks such as cleaning, arranging, and setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies to maintain a seamless event flow.
• Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
