Essential Duties
- Prepares function site and meeting rooms according to specifications.
- Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
- Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas according to Banquet Event Order or as directed.
- Attends and actively participates in pre-shift meetings, communicating special requests and concerns to the department manager.
- Helps to maintain clean banquet and kitchen areas.
- Oversees all equipment with care.
- Affords inventory control and monitors waste in the banquet or catering area.
- Ensures guests receive excellent customer service by anticipating their needs before they arise.
- Incorporates safe and sanitary work practices throughout job performance.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and training

- Frequently stands and walks

- Climbs or balances
- Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds
