Banquet Server

About the role

The Banquet Staff (P/T) position at Legends Global is responsible for setting up and servicing catered events, ensuring sanitation, and responding promptly to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, and necessary tableware at the start of each shift.
• Sanitize all catered areas and ensure they are left in a tidy condition after events.
• Serve all functions in a professional and courteous manner, addressing guest needs as needed.
• Break down tables and clean up after events.
• Adhere to Legends Global employee policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a Food & Beverage environment preferred.
• Knowledge of etiquette and proper serving procedures.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Working Conditions

• Location: On-site at Club 19.
• Physical demands: Standing for 4+ hours, constant reaching, handling products, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Noise level: Usually moderate.
• Work schedule: On-call position with no guaranteed regular hours.
