Banquet Server

About the role

Greensboro Country Club is seeking energetic customer service professionals to join our team as Banquet Servers. Shifts are scheduled during daytime and evening hours on Tuesday-Sunday. The position offers a competitive wage and a 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment, along with employee meals.

Qualifications

- Excellent people skills and an outgoing personality - Previous banquet/catering/restaurant experience preferred, but not required - Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time

A Day in the Life of a Banquet Server

As a Banquet Server, you will be part of the bustling atmosphere at our Banquet events. Your role involves anticipating guest needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that requests are handled promptly. After serving guests, you will check back with them to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and event spaces.
