About the role

This position involves managing, scheduling, and executing banquet events. Duties include creating room diagrams for planned events, assigning tasks to subordinate staff, ensuring adherence to budget parameters, performing client contact, monitoring satisfaction, handling last-minute changes, and special requests. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, recommending rewards and recognition, discipline, and work schedules.

One year of work experience directly related to the duties described above with Banquets, Special Events, Administrative duties, and Customer Service. Supervisory experience is required. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Allowances and Differentials: This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.

    Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
