Responsibilities
- Review the Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements with a keen eye for detail.
- Set, stock, and maintain meeting rooms with a warm and genuine demeanor to ensure the event exceeds client expectations.
- Meticulously complete cleaning inspections for each meeting room and assigned area.
- Ensure quality communication by reporting any guest request changes to an F&B Manager.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Set up tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
- Properly clean meeting spaces at the beginning, during, and end of events, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping, and scrubbing.
- Complete assigned side work, such as cleaning meeting and storage spaces, to adhere to health standards.
- Abide by all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative, and an enthusiastic team player with good human relations skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of meeting room setup, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure for extensive periods while maintaining professionalism.
