Banquet Houseperson

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Banquets Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest, including moving awkward and heavy materials.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return supplies to storage.
• Maintain a clean and presentable environment in meeting rooms and ballrooms.
• Communicate effectively with guests and assist co-workers as needed.
• Use knowledge of various meeting room setup styles and equipment.
• Engage in continuous physical activity throughout the shift for room set up and break down.

Requirements

• A self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to assist co-workers and contribute to a team environment.
• Knowledge of meeting room setup and equipment.
• Comfortable with physical activity for extended periods.
