Responsibilities

• Set tables with chinaware, glass, silver and linens
• Clear tables as necessary, set up buffets as needed
• Serve food and beverage to guests and provide quality customer service
• Ensure safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment
• Follow up on guests requests immediately or ask for assistance from one of the supervisors

Evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Requirements

• Prior experience or training preferred
• The ability to read, write and speak English
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
