Banquet Cook

Manchester Country Club, located in Bedford, NH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Banquet Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Full-time position. Hours: 7am-4pm, 5 days/week. Key Responsibilities: Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needsWrap, date, and rotate food itemsUtilize whole food products eliminating any wasteMaintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areasAlert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely mannerRequisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily productionEnsure proper storage of food itemsIncorporate safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: 1–2 years of prior cook or food production experience; certified culinary training is a plus Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendanceStrong communication skillsMust have flexibility to work weekends and holidays Working Conditions: Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather) and under pressure with organization and timing Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
