About the role
This is a hands-on kitchen position supporting the execution of high-volume plated meals, buffet service, and custom catering menus. The ideal candidate has experience in banquet-style production and is passionate about delivering quality food at scale with consistency and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items for weddings and private events (plated, buffet, and cocktail style)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards
- Work closely with the culinary team to support prep, setup, and service for events
- Assist in receiving deliveries, food storage, and inventory management
- Uphold food presentation and timing standards during live service
Requirements
- Up to 10 years of experience in banquet kitchens, catering, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Local candidates only
- Reliable transportation is a must*

- Experience in banquet kitchens, catering, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong sense of teamwork and professionalism
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as events require
- Culinary training a plus but not required—attitude and ability matter most
