About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare banquet menu items according to recipes and production schedules.
- Execute service for weddings, member events, corporate functions, golf outings, and private events.
- Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and accompaniments with consistency and precision.
- Maintain organized mise en place and ensure all production is completed before service.
- Plate and finish dishes during banquet service while maintaining presentation standards.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols.
- Assist with banquet setup, breakdown, and transportation of food throughout the club.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks to deliver exceptional events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional cooking experience in a country club, hotel, catering, banquet, or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knife skills and solid culinary fundamentals.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.

Schedule
Banquet events require flexibility. Candidates should be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
