The hotel offers 230 modern smoke‑free guestrooms, complimentary Wi‑Fi, parking, fitness center, indoor pool, 28 meeting rooms, 40,000 sq ft of event space, the Tiffany Ballroom, dining at One Bistro and Zachariah’s breakfast buffet, and convenient access to Boston, Providence, Gillette Stadium, Legacy Place, and commuter rail/Amtrak. Responsibilities

• Assist in all kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and storage of food.
• Ensure food is delivered according to legal standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Meet special guest requests.
• Prepare dishes with creative flair.
• Knowledge of ingredients to comply with specific dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of cooking experience in a banquet/catering high‑volume environment (required).
• 1+ years of cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation, cooking methods (sautéing, grilling) and knife skills.
• Culinary Arts Degree and Local Board of Health ServSafe Certification preferred.

Pay

The hiring range is $20.81 to $26.01 per hour; final offer varies by location, education, skills, and experience.

Schedule

Full‑time position with a flexible schedule required, including days, evenings, and weekends. Holiday coverage is required for this 24/7 operation except Christmas unless an event is scheduled. Relocation is not offered.
