Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work station
• Work efficiently in a team environment
• Provide excellent food quality in an attractive environment with professional service
• Work closely with the Catering and Banquets teams to ensure smooth execution of functions from start to finish
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in kitchen facilities
• Prevent waste and contamination of foods by exhibiting proper sanitation practices and ensuring compliance with policy and health regulations
• Know and comply consistently with standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
• Attend weekly BEO and Resume meetings
• Order and inventory foods for catered events
• Meet all quality standards set by the executive chef

Requirements

• 2+ years relative experience in a kitchen of similar size
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to help beyond this job description and wear multiple hats

$60,000 - $75,000 annually
