Responsibilities
- Motivate an amazing team
- Manage the daily (and detailed) operations of a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen
- Learn from some of the most creative chefs in the industry
- Assist in all manner of food prep, line staff supervision, inventory, and lots of on-the-spot solutions
Requirements
- Passionate about culinary arts
- A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
- An advanced knowledge of culinary operations
- A proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

$110,000-$120,000 annually + incentive bonus
