Banquet Captain

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises hourly banquet food and beverage servers.
• Maintains coordination of all aspects of room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B.
• Ensures all efforts are directed towards guest satisfaction, meeting division standards, and maximizing profit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school education required.
• One (1) year experience in a hotel customer service role.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

• Legible communication and direction ability.
• Outgoing personality.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
