Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises hourly banquet food and beverage servers.
- Maintains coordination of all aspects of room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B.
- Ensures all efforts are directed towards guest satisfaction, meeting division standards, and maximizing profit.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school education required.
- One (1) year experience in a hotel customer service role.
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Legible communication and direction ability.
- Outgoing personality.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Team player.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to exceed guest and team member expectations.
