Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
- Provides ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff.
- Coordinates all aspects of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B, ensuring all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards, and profit maximization.
- Performs various other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $12,000 - $15,000 annually. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process. Schulte Hospitality Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
