Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and act as personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
• Provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of room/facilities set‑up, including audio/visual and F&B, directing efforts toward guest satisfaction, achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel customer service role.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

$18.00 per hour.
