Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead banquet servers during events to ensure high-quality service
- Cook up and breakdown of banquet events according to specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new banquet staff and provide ongoing support and guidance
Requirements
- Previous experience in banquet or event service, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent guest service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
