What You’ll Do

  • You are the on-site leader responsible for ensuring every event runs smoothly, seamlessly, and at the highest level.
  • Own the Event – Lead setup, service, and breakdown within Fiorella’s Event Center
  • Lead the Team – Direct, coach, and hold banquet staff accountable to high standards
  • Deliver Elevated Hospitality – Create a polished, seamless, and memorable guest experience
  • Cookinate Across Teams – Partner with Culinary and Sales to ensure alignment and execution
  • Anticipate & Adapt – Solve problems in real time and stay ahead of the flow of the event
  • Drive Excellence – Maintain organization, cleanliness, and consistency throughout the venue

Experience

  • 2+ years in hospitality, events, or full-service restaurant environments preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in banquet, catering, or event center environments is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking throughout events
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout long events
