Ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality.
Setup Portable Bar
- Set up portable bar with appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
Maintain Bar Supplies
- Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
Make Great Beverages
- Using POS system to ring bar purchases for guest's drinks.
Pay and Benefits
$10 an hour, plus tips.
