Banquet Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers, mixing and matching ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks.
• Interact with hotel guests to ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Take orders and serve snacks and drinks to customers.
• Absorb customers' needs and preferences, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
