Banquet Bartender Part-Time $18.05 per hour - Fremont Marriott

Responsibilities

• Work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality.
• Set up portable bar with the appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
• Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
• Prepare high-quality beverages.
• Use POS system to ring bar purchases for guests' drinks.
