Basic Purpose As a Casual Banquet Bartender, you will support the delivery of exceptional events by preparing and serving beverages with professionalism and efficiency. Working across a variety of functions, you will ensure bar service is smooth, organized, and aligned with Four Seasons standards. You will play a key role in creating a polished and engaging guest experience, maintaining consistency while working within a fast paced banqueting environment. You will also support the Banqueting Operations team to ensure bars are set up, operated, and closed in line with procedures and licensing requirements. What You Will Do Prepare and serve beverages efficiently during banqueting eventsMaintain strong knowledge of all bar products, including wines, spirits, and cocktailsDeliver quick, accurate, and professional service to guests and service teamsSet up and break down banquet bars in line with operational standardsEnsure compliance with licensing regulations and weights and measures requirementsSupport the Banqueting Operations team to ensure smooth event deliveryMaintain a clean, organized, and well presented bar area at all timesContribute to a positive, professional, and guest focused atmosphereComply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Knowledge And Skills Education: High school education or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum two years bartending or related work.Skills and Abilities: Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.Schedule: scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
