Banquet Bartender

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE

As a Banquet Bartender, you’re responsible primarily for serving, setting up, and clean-up of all banquet bar functions. You are expected to provide exceptional beverage service to all guests.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to hotel specifications courteously and efficiently.
• Collects payments.
• Greetings guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains supplies neatly and organized to department standards.
• Maintains security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.
• Reports missing articles, damage or mechanical problems in the restaurant/lounge area and equipment.

Requirements

• Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge and enforcement of company liquor policies and Montana laws.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift to 100 pounds.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience/ Licenses Or Certificates: 2+ years at a high level, quality establishment.
• Will obtain proper TIPS training to serve alcoholic beverages.

Pay

$25 Hourly.
