PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE
As a Banquet Bartender, you’re responsible primarily for serving, setting up, and clean-up of all banquet bar functions. You are expected to provide exceptional beverage service to all guests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to hotel specifications courteously and efficiently.
- Collects payments.
- Greetings guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains supplies neatly and organized to department standards.
- Maintains security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.
- Reports missing articles, damage or mechanical problems in the restaurant/lounge area and equipment.
Requirements
- Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.
- Great customer service skills.
- Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Strong knowledge and enforcement of company liquor policies and Montana laws.
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to lift to 100 pounds.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience/ Licenses Or Certificates: 2+ years at a high level, quality establishment.
- Will obtain proper TIPS training to serve alcoholic beverages.
