Banquet Attendant - Branson Convention Center

Essential Duties

• Serves food to guests with a high level of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Convention Center.
• Strive to provide guests with a memorable experience and exceed their expectations by anticipating their needs.
• Aid in the collection of all banquet equipment including flatware, China, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.
• Prepare garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads.
• Clean and fill salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, creamers, etc.
• Aid in the preparation and set-up of the event room when necessary.
• Prepare tables with place settings as instructed.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Breakdown tables and banquet equipment after each event.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required
• One year’s experience in the food industry
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Must have a professional attitude and appearance
• Will need food handler’s certification
