About the Role
A women-owned foreclosure and creditors’ rights law firm representing banks and financial institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida, and Maryland is seeking a Litigation Attorney in Virginia Beach (Hybrid/Remote).
Responsibilities
Handle lender-side foreclosure matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar in DC and/or VA.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with a focus on title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking is a plus.
Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proven track record of representing clients effectively in court.
