A well-established law firm with multiple offices throughout Florida is seeking a skilled Bankruptcy Associate to join their team in the Miami office. This is a vital role for an attorney looking to deepen their practice in business bankruptcy and creditors' rights within a dynamic, multi-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle Chapter 11 business bankruptcy matters, creditors' rights litigation, and assignments for the benefit of creditors
• Make court appearances and manage motions practice
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiations
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, often collaborating across offices

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Active Florida Bar license
• Judicial clerkship experience considered a strong plus
• Substantial knowledge of Chapter 11 business bankruptcies and creditors' rights matters
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
