Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in Chapter 11 and other bankruptcy proceedings
• Handle out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and related litigation
• Manage debtor and creditor representation, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and loan workouts
• Handle purchase and sale of distressed assets across industries such as real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, and retail

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings

Pay

$215,000 - $250,000 per year
