DescriptionThe Regional Support Administrator provides operational support to the branches within their assigned division. By helping to remove obstacles and create consistency and efficiency, the RSA supports the branch staff toward achieving established goals. Below is a list of essential functions of this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure operational efficiency and compliance within assigned branch network.Conduct annual branch audits.Deliver timely and consistent communication to branch staff and regional leadership.Collaborate with back-office support departments to develop policies and procedures that promote a WOW client experience.Identify deficiencies in adherence to policy and procedure within assigned branches and arrange for additional training as needed. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. A background screening will be conducted.
