Banking Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Banking Specialist to join our Wilmington Branch team. Responsibilities

• Deliver a satisfying customer experience by fulfilling service requests and providing efficient and accurate transaction processing.
• Present features and benefits of products and services to customers with differing needs.
• Open new deposit accounts and verify process changes to existing accounts using knowledge of sales, products, benefits, account ownership forms, and RCB procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma (college degree preferred).

Schedule

37.5-hour work schedule within the branch's defined operating hours:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
