What You Need
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- High school diploma with college degree preferred
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a satisfying customer experience by fulfilling service requests and providing efficient and accurate transaction processing
- Present features and benefits of products and services to customers with differing needs
- Open new deposit accounts and verify process changes to existing accounts using knowledge of sales, products, benefits, account ownership forms and RCB procedures
Schedule
This position offers a 37.5-hour work schedule, designed to be fulfilled within the branch's defined operating hours. Monday 8:30 - 4:30, Tuesday 8:30 - 4:30, Wednesday 8:30 - 4:30, Thursday 8:30 - 4:30, Friday 8:30 - 4:30, Saturday 9:00 - 12:00.
